- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This DMV really isn't all that bad. Something that people don't realize is that, this office is really small for the amount of people they help. This DMV is really one of the best ones to go to in the Sacramento. There are people who come from Natomas, Roseville, Fairfield and all around that comes to this DMV because they are so helpful. Although the wait can get to an hour wait or two, that could be solved with a simple appointment time. And yes, some of the employees can be rude, but they work over 8 hours helping rude costumers, and one is bound to get on one of their nerves from time to time. Here are some tips when going into DMV: 1) Make an appointment, either on the phone or online. You'll save a lot of time that way 2) Be nice to the employees, because in the end, they're just trying to help you out 3) Bring ALL your paper work. Even if you don't think you need it 4) Don't respond to their questions with "Yeah" or "Yup" because sometimes they will chew you out for that 5) Try not to make their jobs more miserable than it already isBy Natalie Giles, May 15, 2017
